The majority of persons tasked with building reports or investigating within the workplace, are individuals with very little experience, limited training, and who often are unsure of the required steps. Also, they may feel pressured to complete their reporting as soon as possible, as not to interfere with their normal assignments, which often leads to incomplete or non-compliant outcomes.

Impartial processes and dispassionate reporting strengthen cases and reviews - reducing costs; time allocated; disruptions to daily activities and are carried out by individuals who may be called upon to substantiate findings during proceedings or stakeholder interactions, encouraging more valuable outcomes. 

Non-partisan involvement on our part, means that the workplace atmosphere is influenced to the smallest degree, reducing the risk of future claims of intimidation; favoritism or retaliation.

When employees feel that they are treated fairly and professionally, claims of substantive and / or procedural unfairness are substantially reduced, escalation is often non-prevalent, which in turn helps protect the reputation and standing of our clients.
